The Gloria Barron Prize for Young Heroes is available to students age 18 and younger who have organized and led a service activity that has clearly benefited other people. The service activity must have been initiated and motivated primarily by the student and cannot have been an assignment for school or work. Additionally, the student must demonstrate a positive spirit and high moral purpose. To be considered, each applicant must be nominated by an adult who has solid knowledge of the service activity and is not a relative.

The Tylenol Future Care Scholarship is offered to undergraduate students who have already begun their freshman year of college. It is also available to graduate students who have at least one year of school remaining. The Tylenol scholarship is based on leadership qualities, academic performance and community involvement.
