The Tylenol Future Care Scholarship is offered to undergraduate students who have already begun their freshman year of college. It is also available to graduate students who have at least one year of school remaining. The Tylenol scholarship is based on leadership qualities, academic performance and community involvement.
The makers of Tylenol will award 10 scholarships of $10,000 each, and 30 scholarships of $5,000 each. The total 2011 Tylenol scholarship payout will be in the amount of $250,000. This money is provided by McNeil Consumer Healthcare; a Johnson & Johnson company .
The deadline for application in 2011 is May 27th. Scholarship award decisions will be made in July and distributed by August 15, 2011. The scholarship can be used at any accredited university in the United States.
