But, in today’s increasingly technology-driven society, the sciences need more emphasis than ever before. Unfortunately, the lack of focus on science for younger children can create a deficit or gap that is difficult to fill later in life.
That’s why Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is currently hiring dedicated science teachers and tutors who are passionate about STEM subjects, from Biology, to Computers, to Engineering. ANATOMY TUTORS FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
Anatomy tutors needed for daytime, after school and weekend hours. Part-time position in the Newark areas. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years teaching and/or tutoring experience required exclusive of practicum, student teaching and substituting. ($19-25 / hr.)
BIOLOGY TUTORS FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
Biology tutors needed for daytime, after school and weekend hours. Part-time position in the Wilmington and Newark areas. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years teaching and/or tutoring experience required exclusive of practicum, student teaching and substituting. ($19-25 / hr.)
CHEMISTRY TUTORS FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
Chemistry tutors needed for high school students in the daytime and afternoon hours. Part-time position in the Wilmington and Newark areas. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years teaching and/or tutoring experience required exclusive of practicum, student teaching and substituting. ($23-28 / hr.)
PHYSICAL SCIENCE TUTORS
Physical Science tutors needed for daytime and afternoon hours. High school level. Part-time position in the Wilmington, Newark, and New Castle areas. Must be willing to go to all three locations. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years teaching and/or tutoring experience required exclusive of practicum, student teaching and substituting. ($19-25 / hr.)
PHYSICS TUTORS FOR HIGH SCHOOL AND AP LEVEL STUDENTS
Physics tutors needed for high school and AP students in the daytime and afternoon hours. Part-time position in the Wilmington, Middletown, and Newark areas. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years teaching and/or tutoring experience required exclusive of practicum, student teaching and substituting. AP tutors must have knowledge of the AP Physics exam. ($25-28 / hr.)
