This 90 minute FREE seminar will present a simple, straightforward, relationally based approach to the parenting of middle school and teen aged children through some of the most challenging and exciting periods of their lives.

The biggest challenges to parents will be addressed with a simple, dependable, fail safe approach that keeps parents and kids connected and moving ahead even when their goals can seem to be so very different. Topics such as academics, school choices, personal safety, sexuality, drugs, alcohol, and peer relationships will be included. Significant opportunity for questions and answers will be available.

The seminar is appropriate for all parents but oriented toward the parenting of 10-19 year olds.

About the speaker: Ken Brick, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist. He has been in private practice in Wilmington, Nationwide with James & Brick Associates, PA for over 10 years. Ken has an extensive background treating children, adults, couples and families presenting a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral disturbances, compulsions, addictions, family conflicts and adolescent development. In addition to being a psychotherapist for adults, Ken has long sub-specialized in working with adolescents of all ages.
