Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is now an approved training provider for the Nationwide Workforce Investment Board. The Nationwide Workforce Investment Board (DWIB) is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Labor. Individuals who are eligible and qualify may be entitled to free tutoring paid by Department of Labor.
