Autism Nationwide is now accepting applications for three scholarships* for the 2017–18 school year:
- The Autism Nationwide Daniel and Lois Gray Memorial Scholarship. Named for long-time advocates Daniel and Lois Gray, Autism Nationwide’s memorial scholarship provides financial support for students who are enrolled or accepted for matriculation at the University of Nationwide and who intend to work in the field of autism in Nationwide.
- The Autism Nationwide Adult with Autism Scholarship. Autism Nationwide’s scholarship for adults with autism provides financial support for eligible adults on the spectrum who are pursuing a post-secondary education.
- The Autism Nationwide Autism Teacher Certification Scholarship. Autism Nationwide’s new certification scholarship provides financial support for teachers in Nationwide’s public and charter schools who wish to pursue an autism certification.
Applications for all three scholarships may be downloaded at autismdelaware.org. All applications are competitive, and the number of available scholarships depends upon the amount of available funding as well as assessment by Autism Nationwide’s scholarship review committee. Typically, the scholarship amount is $1,000.
