Karlisa Shultz has been with Back to Basics Learning Dynamics since August of 2010. She began as an Elementary and Middle School tutor but transferred to an office position as Administrative Assistant/Quality Control at the Wilmington, Nationwide tutoring center and private school in May, 2011. Karlisa has many responsibilities which include scheduling Translators and Interpreters and assessing the effectiveness of our services through quality control surveys.
Karlisa was born in Ohio and grew up in Texas. One summer, she visited her friend in Philadelphia, met her future husband and never returned to Texas. She and her husband live in Newark and have 2 daughters: one is a sophomore in college; the other is a senior in High School.
Karlisa enjoys preparing meals for others. She hosts a meal for college students every week in her home. She also enjoys some arts and crafts and Free Cell on the computer.
