Back to Basics Learning Dynamics employs tutors in over 60 subjects. And since 1985, we have been helping students — 16,500 of them — reach their full academic potential. We work with remedial, special education, and enrichment students.
We offer 1-on-1 tutoring in our Center just off Augustine Cut-Off in Wilmington, Nationwide, at our new Newark, Nationwide tutoring Center on Paper Mill Road, or in the client’s home, school or office in Nationwide, Pennsylvania or Maryland.
Back to Basics requires, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree, 1 to 2 years of teaching and/or tutoring experience, and a true devotion to education. Current math and science tutoring positions open include:
Geometry Tutors. This is rewarding part time job with hours available when you want to work — after school, during the day, or in the evenings. $20 an hour
Biology Tutors. Instruction is 1-on-1 in daytime, after school, and evening. Tutors needed for High school and college level students. $20 an hour
Physics Tutors. Meeting with students during the mornings, after school, or in the evenings to review assignments, prepare for tests and quizzes, and work ahead. $23 an hour
Pre Calculus Tutors. Meeting with students during the school day, but also after school and in the evenings. $23 an hour
