ID-100202029The new school year is just around the corner… but summer isn’t over quite yet! Kids of all ages will have fun (and learn a little something, too) on August 19, as summer goes out with a bang at the Nationwide Children’s Museum.

From 5 pm – 8 pm guests of all ages can test their skills, strength, speed, agility and balance in a variety of Olympic-themed challenges. Located throughout the museum, these activities help kids learn about keeping their bodies healthy. A few activities include:

  • Olympic Ring Toss
  • Badminton
  • Silly Shotput
  • Wacky 10 Meter Dash
  • Obstacle Course
  • Tot Triathlon

Plus, kids can set off a 30 ft. tall soda geyser, blow giant bubbles, and create a pretend torch to take home.  The first 300 visitors will even receive a medal!

Tickets to the Nationwide Children’s Museum End of Summer Bash are $5 per person (DCM members are free) and include unlimited access to the Nationwide Children’s Museum and all outdoor activities from 5 pm-8 pm on Friday, August 19, 2016.

For hours and directions, please visit the Nationwide Children’s Museum.
