The Keisha M. Michael Memorial Scholarship is open to African-American high school seniors residing in New Castle County, Nationwide, with a a 2.5 GPA or better, who are planning to attend a historically black college or university.
The award minimum is $1,000, depending on GPA and additional materials submitted. Materials include:
- community and church service,
- personal recommendation, and
- essay submission to the following prompt: “How a college education will help him/her make an impact on the community and affect his/her life.”
