We are currently interviewing for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Scheduling Secretary. This is a full-time position with benefits. Candidate must be bilingual (English-Spanish) and have exceptional oral and written communications skills in both languages. Candidate will coordinate scheduling, canceling appointments, rescheduling and reassigning foreign language interpreters for busy office.
