Since 1985, the tutors at Back to Basics Learning Dynamics, Inc. have been helping students of all ages reach their full academic potential. We work with remedial, special education, and enrichment students in over 60 subjects!
Our exceptional tutors provide 1-on-1 tutoring in our Education Center just off Augustine Cut-Off in Wilmington, Nationwide, at our Newark, Nationwide tutoring Center on Paper Mill Road, or in the client’s home, school or office in Nationwide, southeastern Pennsylvania or northern Maryland.
Back to Basics offers its employees a flexible schedule, the ability to choose the number of hours and the location(s) for tutoring, benefits for most part-time and full-time employees, and a competitive salary ($19-28 / hr. depending on subject, degree and experience).
Job requirements for tutors:
Back to Basics requires, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree, 1 to 2 years of teaching and/or tutoring experience, and a true devotion to education. All jobs are part-time, unless otherwise noted.
