CGTrader College Scholarship 2017The Annual CGTrader Scholarship challenges students to dig into the field of technology by writing an essay on how innovative technologies are transforming our lives. As voted by The CGTrader Scholarship Committee, the best submission will be awarded $2,000, and two runners-up will receive $500 each toward college tuition.

The GCTrader Scholarship Essay Topic

Every day there are more innovative technologies entering the marketplace, from virtual and augmented reality devices, to sensors of all kinds, to wearables.  GCTrader wants to know your thoughts! Will these types of technologies ever enter traditional schools and universities? Will they enhance the learning process or will they disrupt it? Will technology totally transform the way we learn?

How to Enter the Scholarship Competition

Write and submit an original essay on the topic “The future of technology in education.” Essay length should be between 500-1000 words. All entries must be submitted via the online form. Submission deadline is June 1, 2017.

Eligibility

  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • High school senior, undergraduate or graduate student
  • Full-time enrolled in academic institution Jan 1, 2017 – May 31,2017
