college scholarshipsDid you know that addictive substances abuse has killed more people than every American war combined?

Through the years, millions of lives have been damaged due to drug abuse and addiction. In the US alone, there are an estimated 3.6 million people who are addicted to some form of drug, whether for recreation or by prescription. These include people who accidentally become dependent, and eventually addicted to, painkillers like Opioids.

AddictionResource.com is raising awareness on this important issue by sponsoring a scholarship. Each year, AddictionResource.com awards $3,000 in scholarships each year to students who share their vision for an addiction-free world. The winner receives a one time payment to cover their educational expenses. (Grand Prize = $2000, Second Prize = $700, and Third Prize = $300).
The application period starts on  April 21st, 2017. For more information, as well as eligibility information, CLICK HERE.
