Eligibility: Low- to moderate-income working adults (Nationwide residents only) who want to improve their employment potential through continuing education or technical training or high school students living in New Castle County.
Award: Varies; students may reapply for continued support. Award is intended to supplement not replace other scholarships or funding. May be used for payment of tuition or books.
